Lest we all forget amidst our fun poking  jabs at each other’s tree-

as an aside (at the bank the other day I heard Christmas muzak a full week before we even had Thanksgiving)  WTF!

    Happened to be in Rockland over the weekend to visit relatives, and went to witness the lighting of their lobster pot tree in a rainstorm. It looked to be about 20 traps high, 15 feet in circumfrence at the base, and had a 5 foot tall lobster sticking out the top. It had a lot of children dancing around it, and it looked like a fine community event, just like Gloucester’s most certainly is.
