Upstairs at La Trattoria

Driving past this location daily I always look up to this space and dream of having a private club there.  A place where about 10-20 people pay dues and have nice leather couches and highback chairs.  A place with a humidor closet and some cedar lockers where each member could keep a jug of scotch or their favorite spirit.  With a nice flat screen tv to watch sports and some oriental rugs.

…and an area where women could get a pedicure,

while watching “The View” or a Jane Austen movie

and drinking tea or a mojito…in the No Smoking

Area, naturally, overlooking Main Street. Peter at

The Trat would be happy to provide great lunches,

I’m sure. Where do we sign up, Joey?

The plans for this unit are close to your description with area rugs, comfy sofa and chairs, hardwood floors, dining area, office area with built in cherry bookcases, a granite counter kitchen, custom cabinets, brand new appliances, and a 65″ flat screen tv.

It is 1,225 square feet and has two bedrooms and two baths, a washer and dryer, walk-in closet in the master bedroom, but best of all are the views of east and west main street. They’re fabulous!!!

I am repaving the parking lot and recessing benches onto my property with arborvitaes (sp) behind the benches. Peter and Pierra are offering pizza by the slice and wraps if you like which you can enjoy while sitting on our new benches.

We will offer this unit as a seasonal rental during the summer and maybe an off-season rental during fall and winter. Eventually we will sell it, completely furnished.

Let me know when you have the time and Mike and I will walk you through all the properties (48 – 64, and 55 – 71 Main Street).

    Thank you,
    Jane Fonzo
