So I went off my third blood pressure med last Friday determined to stay off. I made the commitment to myself to exercise regularly (and I added Omega 3-6-9 capsules from Common Crow). I rode 12 slow miles on Monday, walked on Tuesday, Weds and Thurs I goofed off, Fri rode on the bike on the indoor trainer. Yesterday afternoon I had my BP checked and it was 20 points lower than a week ago on the medicine!
So we’ll see how this all works out. I rode 11 hard miles (hills) today into Rockport. It feels great though! I’ll keep you posted! —Sharon
