I was taking photos at Pirate’s Cove this morning and saw this “chair”.
Anyone know if it has a specific purpose? It has a wooden base as you can see.

Pretty clever…and very make do with what ya got!
Looks like a comfy seat to push around a child on a frozen pond or at the rink…
