That was quite amusing!! Passports salad and Dog Bars entree is the perfect pair for an end of summer feast. Yummy!. We need a few of our great local female chefs in the next throw down.

It’s great to see such interest in the Seafood Throwdown. Makes us want to keep doing them. Thank you everyone!
I wanted to follow up on Miranda’s note about female chefs. It’d be great to have an event with two female chefs/cooks/etc. going head to head – or is it knife to knife!
If anyone is interested or knows of someone who is, please contact me. We can still fit them in for the next two events scheduled for this week and October 9th.
