Joe your door series is a real treat. With all the promotion of Gloucester you are doing … the block party, the flower boxes, the doors, the harbor, the “what makes Gloucester Special to You, those wonderful food pictures, etc. etc. … maybe YOU should be the next head of the Chamber of Commerce! What say you?
There’s no way I have the time or the skills set to be the head of the Chamber.
I work the blog into the little downtime I have down the dock that I have.
In between boats or the little lull we sometimes have in the morning I upload the pictures and videos, but the reality is to be the head of the Chamber you have to be available for meetings when the meetings take place.
There are others far more qualified than me to run the Chamber.
I like the effect I can do with small groups that don’t have to answer to a bureaucracy. It seems to be making a pretty positive impact.
